Unanswered	30 to 45	6 to 10	Thank goodness there has never been an occasion to find out about their performance, but from other citizens who have needed help it seems that they are excellent in their job performance.

North East	46 to 60	Over 10	The members of the Verona Rescue Squad are the unsung heroes in our town, volunteering their time to respond to all types of medical emergencies all hours of the day and night. We owe them a debt of graditude.

South East	30 to 45	Over 10	We are very honored to have such a great EMS program. We have needed them on many occassions and cannot thank them enough for their prompt and professional manner. They are always caring and they are always there when you need them.
South East	46 to 60	6 to 10	They come to my street about once a month. They're very conscientious and dedicated. I had to ride with them to the hospital with my 10 year old and they were wonderful! I've seen them in action many, many times and they're exceptional!
